Comply with travel laws, adhere to destination guidelines, respect customs, and meet passport, visa, and health requirements. Follow transportation rules, safety protocols, and be aware of travel restrictions. Stay informed, responsible, and respectful throughout your journey.
The subject of this attachment is to define the scope of responsibilities and obligations of the parties, as well as the services and travel rates for the implementation of group trips.
The names of the travelers and their representatives, along with a description of the services, rates, and travel duration, are specified in the contract specifications and services table.
Article 1 – This attachment can be prepared manually or electronically, and it can be confirmed electronically by the passenger or their representative through the designated website of the agent. By making electronic payment, the services specified in the contract shall be acquired for the participants.
Article 2 – If the trip does not reach the required threshold in proportion to its capacity, the agent is authorized to cancel it and refund the received funds to the passenger.
Note 1 – The agent is obliged to inform the passenger about this matter 48 hours prior to departure.
Article 3 – During the trip, there may be delays or advances in meal, sleep, and rest hours, as well as changes in the length of routes during day and night (by means of transportation or on foot) due to unfavorable weather, environmental, local conditions, or unforeseen events.
Article 4 – If the law enforcement authorities prevent the passenger from entering the destination for any reason, the passenger is obligated to comply with the instructions, and the agent shall not be held responsible.
Note 1 – If the law enforcement authorities or local officials prevent the group from entering the area for any reason, the agent’s representative (guide) is authorized to relocate the trip if sufficient time is available, and the passenger is obligated to comply with the guide.
Article 5 – In the event of any disruption, interference, or violation of Islamic and cultural values during the trip by the passenger, the guide is obligated to report the matter to the agent and, depending on the circumstances, make the necessary decision regarding the passenger’s continued presence or non-presence in the remaining part of the trip.
Article 6 – In the event of any dispute between the parties to the contract, the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism Organization shall be the competent authority for handling the matter, and the issued opinions shall be binding on the parties.
Article 7 – Nowruz trips include trips that take place between the dates of 25th of Esfand (Iranian month) and 15th of Farvardin (Iranian month) in the following year.
Article 8 – In case of staying at a hotel, the price of each trip is determined based on a double room, and individual travelers are subject to the regulations and rates for using a single room at the time of registration.
Note 1 – In double rooms, the third bed is either a folding bed or a sofa bed, temporarily placed in the double room.
Note 2 – The check-in time for hotel rooms is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Note 3 – In eco-lodges or natural environments other than hotels (camps, cottages, local houses, equipped local houses), the accommodation conditions are based on the regulations governing the approved accommodation facilities by the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism Organization, and the option of using a tent or private room for the traveler is not available. Additionally, the necessary time for setting up the camp and dismantling it is acceptable to the traveler.
Article 9 – The traveler or their representative is obliged to provide accurate and complete personal information of themselves and their companions at the time of registration. Any discrepancies in the registration of the traveler’s information are the responsibility of the representative and the traveler, and the agent will not be held liable in this regard.
Article 10 – Regarding group registration, only the individual who registers and enters into a contract on behalf of the travelers is authorized to approach the agent for any inquiries, cancellations, or refunds, and other travelers are not allowed to approach the agent in this regard. Furthermore, the registering individual as the representative is obligated to convey travel information to other travelers.
Article 11 – Observance of Islamic customs, particularly in terms of hijab (modest dress) and decency, is mandatory for the traveler and the executing agents throughout the journey.
Article 12 – The traveler is obliged to respect the customs and traditions, as well as the norms of the host community and prevailing practices in the region, and should act in accordance with the recommendations of the tour guide.
Article 13 – Carrying a valid passport with a photograph and a national identification card is mandatory for all trips. Considering that the agent verifies the identity of the travelers at the beginning of the trip and prevents the participation of unregistered travelers, the responsibility for any inconsistencies in the information provided during registration with the supporting documents lies with the traveler.
Article 14 – The traveler is required to participate in the scheduled tour programs at the specified times. In case of late arrival at the departure time of the tour, the traveler personally assumes the responsibility of accepting potential difficulties and paying the related expenses to join the group and continue the tour program, and the agent will not be held responsible in this regard.
Article 15 – Any expenses and damages incurred during the trip due to non-compliance with the guide’s instructions, activities outside the agent’s services, or failure to use necessary personal items (as stated in the original contract form) shall be solely the responsibility of the traveler.
Article 16 – The traveler must comply with all regulations applicable to the trip. In the event of any damage caused to accommodations, transportation means, or visited locations, the traveler will be personally responsible for paying the resulting damages.
Article 17 – In the event of an increase or change in the prices of the trip, including ticket prices, hotels, or other services, the traveler is obligated to pay the announced difference to the agent, provided they present documented evidence of such changes.
Note 1 – If the traveler does not accept the conditions mentioned in the above article, they will be subject to penalties (according to Article 31).
Article 18 – If the agent is forced to cancel a part of the tour or deviate from the announced itinerary due to unforeseen natural or environmental circumstances, and if the agent needs to make hotel reservations, rent transportation means, or take any necessary actions for an alternative trip, the traveler is obligated to pay the announced difference to the agent.
Article 19 – All expenses outside the itinerary are the responsibility of the traveler.
Article 20 – Electronic signature of the contract or tour purchase by the traveler or their representative signifies a thorough review of the travel details, complete awareness of the contract terms, cancellation conditions, and knowledge of all necessary personal items and requirements for the trip. The traveler will be fully responsible for any consequences resulting from neglecting the contents of this attachment.
Article 21 – The responsibility for the care of children and the safeguarding of personal belongings and documents throughout the trip lies solely with the traveler, and the guide and agent shall not be held responsible in this regard.
Article 22 – The traveler or their representative is required to register for the tour based on their physical abilities and the capabilities of their companions, taking into account the difficulty of the trip. Additionally, if any prescribed medication by a physician or the use of specific medical equipment is necessary, they must carry them throughout the trip and inform their tour guide of this matter.
Note 1 – Any problems and expenses resulting from the traveler’s physical unpreparedness or lack of awareness of their physical condition or possible illnesses during the trip will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Article 23- The agent is obliged to inform the traveler of the travel rates and services through brochures, written documents, or via the website.
Article 24- The agent is committed to providing the agreed-upon travel services in full.
Article 25- In land travel, if the vehicle stops for any reason at any point during the journey, the agent is responsible for providing a replacement vehicle and covering any additional expenses incurred due to the delay. The traveler accepts the necessary time required to arrange for a new vehicle and the delay in the execution of the trip.
Note 1- Regarding delays or cancellations in air, rail, and sea travel, the relevant laws and regulations will be followed.
Article 26- The agent is obligated to use a suitable means of transportation corresponding to each part of the travel route (whether it is asphalt or dirt road) as well as considering the number of passengers and the itinerary of the tour, in land travel.
Article 27- The agent is required to provide travel liability insurance for the traveler. In the event of any incident occurring within the travel location and time, the traveler can take action based on the insurance conditions, and the agent will provide the necessary cooperation and assistance.
Note 1- The agent is obliged to offer various supplementary and accident insurances that may require additional costs from the traveler for their selection.
Note 2- In the event of any incident resulting in bodily harm during the trip, the traveler is responsible for the expenses of rescue, recovery, and medical treatment. It is understood that the traveler can claim compensation after going through legal and medical procedures and receiving a report from the agent, based on the insurance tariffs. The agent will not be liable for any medical expenses beyond the insurance coverage.
Note 3- If the traveler separates from the group or departs before the end of the trip for any reason other than the agent’s itinerary, the traveler’s insurance will only be valid from the start of their attachment to the trip until their separation, and it will only be applicable during the period of their presence on the trip. The company will not bear any responsibility for the traveler’s insurance outside this period.
Article 28- The agent is obliged to use an approved specialist nature guide for nature tours by the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism Organization.
Article 29- The agent is required to send the necessary equipment for first aid, rescue, and relief along with the tour guide during the trips.
Article 31- The request to cancel the trip must be made in person by the person signing the contract and in writing before the departure of the trip.
Article 32- Conditions of travel cancellation by the passenger
Airplane and train ticket cancellation fees will be applied.
In the case of charter accommodations, airplane or train tickets are non-refundable. Cancellation fees for one-day trips, up to 96 hours before the trip, will be 70% of the tour price, and no refunds will be provided thereafter.
Article 33 – Depositing the amount for registration implies the understanding and acceptance of all travel laws and regulations, as well as compliance with all the above provisions.
