3. Loading the Card: You can load the card in two ways:
   • Pay online through PayPal before arriving in Iran and have the card delivered to your hotel.
   • Bring cash to Iran, and they will exchange it for you at a competitive rate and load it onto your card.
4. Accepted Locations: Iran Travel Debit Card can be used at nearly all shops in Iran that have Point of Sale (POS) machines, as well as at various ATMs in city centers and tourist areas.
5. Transaction History: You can check your transaction history by using your card at your bank’s ATM, selecting the English language, and requesting a receipt.
6. Lost Card: If you lose your card, you can contact a trusted agent who will disable your previous card and issue a new one for you.
7. Remaining Balance: There is no option for a refund if you have money left on your card when leaving the country. However, you can withdraw up to 2,000,000 Rials (about 15 Euros) daily from ATMs and make unlimited fee-free transactions using POS machines.
8. ATM Fees: There are no ATM fees or taxes for withdrawing cash using Iran Travel Debit Card.
