The highest waterfall in Haft Abshar reaches a height of 9 meters, and the pool below it is perfect for swimming and cooling off. The Forests of Haft Abshar Savadkuh:
The forests surrounding Haft Abshar Tirkan, another remarkable attraction near Babol, have an extensive area of about 22,000 square kilometers. These forests are covered with maple, hornbeam, alder, oak, and other beautiful flora. Unfortunately, some plant species in this forest have been lost due to a specific pest.

Getting to Haft Abshar Savadkuh:
Haft Abshar Tirkan is approximately 270 kilometers away from Tehran. To reach Haft Abshar, head towards the northeast exit of Tehran. The Tehran-Pardis highway is the best route to access the Firuzkuh road. Continue on the Firuzkuh road, passing the Sefid Bridge. You’ll reach the village of Shirgah, and just beyond it, you’ll find a fork in the road leading to Qaemshahr and Babol. Take the left road towards Babol. After approximately 17 kilometers, you’ll reach the Drazkola subroad, where you’ll find a sign indicating the way to Tirkan village. Tirkan village is located about 20 kilometers from this point. Follow the directional signs to Haft Abshar Tirkan.
Best Time to Visit Haft Abshar Savadkuh:
Although Haft Abshar Savadkuh is worth visiting at any time of the year, it’s advisable to avoid visiting during the hot and humid summer days. The most pleasant time to visit is in spring, especially in the month of Ordibehesht (April-May). During this season, the weather is mild, and you can enjoy both the lush forests and the flowing waterfalls. It’s an ideal time for a relaxing and refreshing trip.
